Lifestyle Changes and Prevention as Key to Better Health

Unite to Prevent

Cura is committed to empowering people to live healthier and longer lives through prevention and behavioral change. Poor lifestyle choices such as smoking, overuse of alcohol, poor diet, excessive sun exposure, lack of proper anti-cancer vaccinations, lack of physical activity and chronic stress are key contributors in the development and progression of chronic diseases. We believe that a dedicated look at lifestyle and environmental factors and increased access to preventative measures can improve human health. We support the use of a multidisciplinary approach to effect change involving policy, education and engaging influencers.
